We had a great class today, and the icing behaved itself despite the heat! We experimented with different colours for the icing, using pastes and liquid colours.

I took some Cupcakes into the Kitchenmonger Newbury after the class, the shop is by the bridge, they have got some great Cupcake things; cases, pastes, stands, nozzles etc.
