We had a great class today, and the icing behaved itself despite the heat! We experimented with different colours for the icing, using pastes and liquid colours.
Cutting out butterflies, love hearts and flowers with plunger cutters using fondant icing.
Practicing the art of 'swirling', we have several attempts before we make it onto a Cupcake!
Our next class with spaces is Tuesday 22 June, 10am - 12 noon, £45.
I took some Cupcakes into the Kitchenmonger Newbury after the class, the shop is by the bridge, they have got some great Cupcake things; cases, pastes, stands, nozzles etc.
