I've found a simple and delicious gluten free cupcake recipe, I thought the cupcakes may be heavy, but they are so light and on a taste test it would be very hard to tell!
Paul at Kitchenmonger in Newbury found me this lovely cream Cupcake stand today, it holds 22 Cupcakes and gently revolves. His range of Cupcake cases grows each time I go in there!
