Easter Chocolate Cupcakes Class 2 April 2011

We had a really colourful cupcake class today, with everything being used to decorate our Cupcakes!  

Chocolate eggs, chicks, sprinkles, glitter and fondant decorations that had been made earlier in the class.

We also used the new nozzle, that makes great grass and chocolate nests.

They all looked so lovely in their boxes at home time!

(I'm very sorry but I forgot to photograph one of the boxes, sorry if it was yours!)

Easter Cupcake Class 29 March 2011

 We've just finished today's Easter Chocolate Cupcake Class, whilst the sun was still shining.

We made a delicious Green and Blacks Cocoa Cupcake, with chocolate buttercream icing and vanilla buttercream icing.

We used a new nozzle today to make the green grass and the easter nests, it really gives a great effect.

But my favourite bit is when the little eggs and chicks come out!

Looking forward to seeing those of you coming this Saturday.

These were ordered as an Easter Gift, although the theme was "Purple", I still managed to find a little purple easter chick to put in amongst them!
