What a beautiful sunny day!
I made some orange birthday cupcakes this morning, the sponge and buttercream both have freshly squeezed orange juice and zest in them.
They smell really fresh and zingy.
Even in this hot weather, do not store your cupcakes in the fridge, as the cake will go stale. Keep them in the coolest place you can find, garage, shed or a room in the shade.
