I was at Ocean Village in Southampton yesterday, setting up some Cupcakes for a Wedding onboard Princess Caroline (www.princesscaroline.net). A great boat that can take up to 120 guests for a Wedding or Party.
The theme was Cherry Pie; with my brief to include red and silver, to be fun with also a Beano/Comic feel in places - hence the Haribo Cherries! The top tier cake was a 6" fruit cake covered in marzipan and icing and I had 7 pairs of cherries representing the 7 members of the family. I made some mini cherry-pie cupcakes, using red smarties and m&m's as the Cherries.
